1-hour private partner training sessions (2-3 participants) at 40/session/partner on a 6 month payment plan or only 35/session/partner paid in full
1-hour training session with up to 6 participants with similar fitness goals at 25/session/participant on a 6 month payment plan or only 20/session/participant paid in full
Tailor made training programs with 6 months of progressions, two-way tracking and communication in an easy to use mobile app, or print out the workouts to bring with you
