I love this Infographic because it's a real eye opener. I work with clients every day that underestimate their sugar consumption and the NIH says this can lead to a slew of other problems including metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and chronic mineral deficiencies especially with magnesium, calcium, and potassium. These minerals are all absolutely necessary for regular processes of cellular life and it can sometimes take years to fully recover from these deficiencies.
